The moment I opened the cap of the Poise essential oil, a fresh, bright scent came out and refreshed my mood! It's a clean, clear natural scent with no artificial aftersmell, so even when I breathed in deeply I got no headache at all, just a relaxed feeling 💚

It's a compact 10ml, but the dropper tip is finely made, so it releases one drop at a time cleanly and is easy to use!

How to use Offgray essential oil at home

The way the writer uses Poise most often is an aroma oil burner. I enjoy this scent in all sorts of ways in my daily life! But the one I use most is the aroma oil burner!

Aroma oil burner: 3–4 drops on the water

Fill the aroma oil burner with water, add three or four drops of essential oil, and the scent spreads through the room, soft yet deep! Lighting the candle in the evening before bed makes the tension and fatigue of the day melt away, so it's one of my favorite healing therapies!!

Bedding, pillowcases and dryer wool balls: 1–2 drops
