Gyeongsan sushi dinner with CatchTable waiting, extra flounder: Sonsi
Sonsi Sushi Yeungnam University Main Branch is a sushi restaurant right outside the main gate of Yeungnam University in Gyeongsan, Gyeongbuk, where diners usually line up. At dinner the writer ordered 10pc thick salmon nigiri for 17,800 won and the 12pc premium aged nigiri set for 18,500 won, then added 2pc flounder, udon, soy-marinated shrimp and eel. CatchTable made the wait painless, and the sun umbrellas, disposable mouthwash and hair ties kept for waiting guests showed how carefully Sonsi Sushi looks after people.
