Incheon gopchang restaurant with a yukhoe add-on: Hwang Gop Geomdan
Hwang Gop Geomdan New Town Branch is a beef intestine (gopchang) restaurant on Ieum 1-ro in Geomdan New Town, Incheon. My partner and I ordered the Hwang Gop mixed platter — gopchang, daechang (large intestine), makchang (last stomach), heart and pork belly-brisket — and added yukhoe (Korean beef tartare), which arrived piled on one plate with a complimentary serving, so the portion was enormous. The best part at Hwang Gop was the closing fried rice, cooked and served on a clean new grill plate instead of the used one.
