Seoul Korean restaurant with kimchi stew gim flake rice: Bapjangin
Bapjangin Express Bus Terminal Branch is a solo-dining Korean restaurant on basement level 1 of Seoul Express Bus Terminal in Seocho, Seoul. The writer dropped in after a secondhand trade nearby and ordered the solo Spam set for 13,500 won, and the best bite was the big bowl of rice mixed with unlimited gim flakes (dried seaweed flakes) and a spoonful of kimchi stew broth. With a clean, refreshing kimchi stew and Spam that never tasted too salty, Bapjangin earned 4.8 out of 5 and a 200% chance of a return visit.
