Uisagye is a pet-friendly chimney bread and bingsu (shaved ice) café right by Uicheon Stream in Dobong, Seoul, where small dogs under 10kg are welcome on the 2nd floor and terrace. Visiting in the evening with her mom, the writer ordered snow-flake persimmon bingsu and homemade omija (five-flavor berry) ade — the chimney bread was sold out, but both the drink and the bingsu were satisfying. Uisagye is a great spot to enjoy dessert by a quiet first-floor window at night, then take a walk along Uicheon Stream.
