Hongdae café for peach soufflé with mom and Greek yogurt: Think Fruit
Think Fruit is a Hongdae dessert café about a 10-minute walk from Hongik University Station in Mapo, Seoul. Visiting again with her mom, the writer ordered the ₩22,000 peach soufflé plus an Americano and decaf Americano, waiting 20 minutes for a soufflé loaded with whipped cream and a whole peach filled with Greek yogurt. Even her mom, trying soufflé for the first time, called it "not too sweet, so good" — a solid reason to go back.
