Suwon restaurant for jambon truffle pizza: The European Gwanggyo
The European Gwanggyo is a wood-fired pizza restaurant in Suwon, Gyeonggi. I tried the jambon truffle funghi pizza with a soft egg and the clean-tasting charcuterie oil casarecce, and looked around its spacious seating and private rooms. The European Gwanggyo is a lovely pick for a date or group meal.
