Low Five Sinpung is a pizza and pasta restaurant in Suwon, Gyeonggi, a 10-minute walk from the original Haenggung-dong location. Opening rush at 11:30am on a Monday for a 3rd anniversary date, the writer ordered a half-and-half pizza (corn + hot chili potato), truffle cream pasta and classic Caesar salad, a perfect amount for two. Parking at the Seongyeong Library public lot turned out to be the most realistic option nearby.
