Gogi 9dan Chimsan Direct Branch is a beef barbecue restaurant on Chimsannam-ro in Buk, Daegu. I tried half portions of outside skirt and flower rib meat with the 9dan set; the cuts had distinctly different textures, and the sides made for a filling meal.
