Songdo, Pohang Western restaurant: three dishes for two at Plan A
Plan A Restaurant is a Western restaurant on the 4th floor of a building facing Songdo Beach in Pohang, Gyeongbuk, where pasta and steak come with an ocean view. On a weekday there was no wait, and two people ordered three dishes — Plan A chop steak 120g, whole shrimp pilaf and beef tomato spaghetti, plus one orange ade — which turned out to be just the right amount. The chop steak was tender in a sweet-and-tangy barbecue-style sauce with no heat at all, so Plan A Restaurant works for a meal with kids too.
