Yukhoe restaurant in Gasan, Seoul for a three-dish spread: Yukhwang
Yukhwang is a 1++ hanwoo yukhoe (raw beef tartare) restaurant that recently opened on the 1st floor of Halla One&One Tower Building A, near Gasan Digital Complex Station in Geumcheon, Seoul. Two friends shared yukhoe, yukhoe bibimbap and a half plate of suyuk (sliced boiled meat) in one spread, and the lightly soy-seasoned yukhoe bibimbap and lean, non-greasy suyuk stood out most. Yukhwang is worth a return visit, next time for the lunch specials.
