Gyukatsu restaurant in Musil-dong, Wonju with curry refills: Ichigyu
Ichigyu Wonju is a gyukatsu (fried beef cutlet) restaurant on the first floor of the Lotte Cinema building in Musil-dong, Wonju, Gangwon. After a movie with her daughter, the writer came downstairs for the signature gyukatsu and Japanese-style curry, melting Isigny butter in a mini tabletop brazier to sear each slice for 7-8 seconds, and got refills of both rice and curry. A first taste of gyukatsu for her and an easy curry for her daughter made Ichigyu Wonju a satisfying meal out with a child.
