Daegu bossam restaurant with table-side sesame grinding: Uldong Bossam
Uldong Bossam is a bossam (boiled pork wrap) restaurant on Gyeongsang-gamyeong-gil in Jung-gu, Daegu, near the Dongin-dong jjimgalbi alley. On a 5pm family visit, the medium bossam at 39,000 won arrived with tender pork belly and pork jowl free of any porky smell, along with a mini mortar for grinding sesame seeds into soy sauce at the table. With wooden baby chairs on hand, Uldong Bossam works well for eating out with a small child.
