Daegu Korean restaurant, spicy pork for two plus bibimbap: Banwoldang
Banwoldang Buja Sikdang Suseong Branch is a 36-year-old fire-grilled Korean restaurant on Beomeocheon-ro in Suseong, Daegu. The order was the stone-plate fire-grilled jeyuk bokkeum (spicy stir-fried pork) for two in the spicy version plus a buja bibimbap (mixed rice bowl) add-on, which came with a free cheonggukjang doenjang stew (rich fermented soybean paste stew) for parties of two or more and three refills at the ssam vegetable self-bar. Between the smoky aged pork, the bibimbap and the stew, Banwoldang Buja Sikdang makes a filling one-plate Korean meal.
