Usijang Hoegwan is a beef and raw-beef-sashimi restaurant a 3-minute walk from Mapo Station in Seoul. Arriving at 7pm on a Saturday, the writer ordered the kkuri-sal perilla-leaf yukhoe-sashimi platter (55,000 won), clam beef soup with rice (14,000 won) and half-frozen slushy soju, and by 8pm every table at Usijang Hoegwan was taken.
