Weekend Russian snow crab, honest weighing at a Gijang, Busan spot
Gijang Myeongpum Daegae is a snow crab and king crab restaurant near the entrance of the crab alley in Gijang Market, Busan. A couple visited on a weekend, watched staff pick a Russian snow crab and weigh it with the 600g basket weight deducted, then enjoyed the self-serve bar, a complimentary abalone, and crab-shell fried rice. Both the legs and body came out nearly solid with meat, making for a satisfying yield.
