Plan A Restaurant is a Western-style ocean-view restaurant on the 4th floor of the building next to Starbucks in Songdo, Pohang. To celebrate her husband's birthday, the writer ordered three dishes — burrata cheese salad at 14,000 won, truffle aglio olio at 16,000 won and beef cream spaghetti at 16,000 won — plus a 2,000 won ciabatta add-on. Songdo draws smaller crowds than Yeongildae, so Plan A Restaurant is a good pick for a quiet ocean-view date.
