Uldong Bossam is a Gyodong-style bossam (boiled pork wrap) restaurant on Gyeongsanggamyeong-gil in Jung-gu, Daegu, a short walk from Daegu Station. As the first meal of a two-day Daegu trip, lunch at a wooden window table brought the medium Uldong Bossam set with two cuts of pork, an addictive radish kimchi and minari combo, two bowls of rice, two Zero Cokes and a chunky doenjang jjigae.
