Daegu department store cake shop, anniversary peach cake: Siznique
Siznique Shinsegae Department Store Daegu Branch is a cake shop on level B1 of Shinsegae Department Store in Dong-gu, Daegu. Arriving at 6pm for an anniversary, I found the showcase already picked over, and while a cake knife and candle came with the peach cake, forks had to be asked for separately. The peach cake was just the right size to share between two people, with the peaches, syrup and sponge balanced well enough to make it a satisfying anniversary dessert.
