Ppwang Mulhoe is a mulhoe (Korean cold raw fish soup) specialist on Haean-ro, right across from Yeongildae Beach in Pohang. One visit covered both squid mulhoe (₩20,000) and flounder mulhoe (₩20,000), mixed without broth first and then flooded with the broth served on the side for a second flavour, plus squid pajeon (green onion pancake) and self-bar side dishes and somyeon noodles.
