Daegu Jongno meat restaurant with a weekday 6pm waitlist: Hubaldae
Hubaldae Daegu Jongno Branch is a grill-it-for-you Korean BBQ restaurant at the entrance of the Jongno alley in Jung-gu, Daegu. Arriving on a weekday at 6pm, Hubaldae was already nearly full, so a Naver Place advance waitlist booking cut the wait, and the order was two servings of Handon (Korean pork) hwangto fresh pork belly, 150g each, plus one 150g serving of Hanwoo beef daechang (grilled beef intestine), finished with the house special fried rice. The signature honey potato wrap combo and staff who grill everything from start to finish made Hubaldae well worth the visit.
