Pyeongtaek BBQ with intercostal meat and garlic ribs: Jugeokjip
Jugeokjip is a charcoal-grill Korean BBQ restaurant in Jisan-dong, Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi, where the meat from between the ribs is served under the name jugeokssal. Three of us ordered 2 servings of jugeokssal for ₩26,000, 1 serving of garlic-marinated rib meat for ₩29,000 and a bowl of rice, grilling plain and marinated cuts by turns while helping ourselves to the self-serve tteokbokki and side dishes. Jugeokjip is a solid pick when you want intercostal meat and rib meat at a good price.
