Bossam Ae Kalguksu Seongnam Sangdaewon Branch is a bossam and kalguksu (knife-cut noodle soup) restaurant on Geumsang-ro in Jungwon-gu, Seongnam, Gyeonggi. Parking at Sangdaewon 3-dong public parking lot and walking five minutes, the writer ordered the gabrisal bossam small size for two at ₩37,000, chose the free kalguksu upgrade, added an egg for ₩1,000, and finished with a self-made porridge using rice, dried seaweed flakes and sesame oil from the self bar. The small size turned out to be just right for two people to share.
