Sejong family restaurant: 4-person shabu kalguksu at Italy Shabu
Italy Shabu Kalguksu Sejong Eojin Branch is a shabu-shabu and kalguksu (knife-cut noodle) restaurant that takes up the entire third floor of the Taehan Press Center in Eojin-dong, Sejong. On a return visit with her child and her parents, the writer ordered the Italy Six-Ingredient Shabu Kalguksu for 4 with clear broth, a full course running from beef chuck and the vegetable-and-mushroom platter through handmade dumplings, potato dumplings, house-made kalguksu noodles, egg and vegetable porridge and ice cream. With baby dishware, rice and gim (seaweed) brought out unprompted, Italy Shabu Kalguksu made an easy three-generation family meal in Sejong.
