Fusion Chinese bar in Galma-dong, Daejeon: egg fried rice in rosé
Yongju is a fusion Chinese restaurant and bar in Galma-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon. Ordering the ₩28,000 mala rosé xiang guo set with a half-and-half side of nurungji gwabaro (crispy nurungji-coated sweet and sour pork) and cream shrimp, the leftover rosé sauce got mixed into egg fried rice for the finishing touch. Even as a bar, Yongju turns out a satisfying, not-too-heavy neighborhood Chinese meal.
