Jinseong Hanwoo Gopchang Garak Flagship is a beef tripe grill restaurant in Garak-dong, Songpa, Seoul, sitting between Garak Market Station (Line 8) and Gyeongchal Byeongwon Station (Line 3). Arriving at 8 PM meant a short wait, then 2 servings of makchang (beef abomasum) and 1 serving of gopchang (beef small intestine) grilled tableside with vegetables on a hot stone plate by a staff member. The minari (water dropwort) pickle garlic sauce was the real kick at Jinseong Hanwoo Gopchang Garak Flagship.
