Charcoal cleansing foam for dry weather: HEEDA Jirisan Moist Foam

My skin felt sensitive and my pores felt clogged in dry weather, so I switched cleansing products. I was concerned that a charcoal cleanser would leave my skin feeling tight, but the first use felt gentle.

How were the foam and cleansing feel?

When I rubbed it between my hands, it produced a relatively rich foam, and it did not feel irritating on my face. I felt as though the fine charcoal particles helped refine my skin, without much of the heavy feeling characteristic of charcoal cleansers.

Did it leave skin feeling tight after cleansing?

The light scent was not overwhelming when I used it in the morning, and in the evening I used it as a final cleanse to remove makeup residue. Even when I did not apply toner immediately after patting off the water, my face felt less stiff and tight, and my skin texture seemed more refined.

Was it good for days when sebum management was needed?

On days when I was out a lot or my skin became oily, it gave me the impression of washing cleanly and refreshingly. After using it for several days, I felt that fine sebum around my nose and chin had been cleared away, and I personally liked that my skin did not look dull after cleansing.

What situations did it suit?

It suited days when I wanted a cleansing feel but wanted to avoid tightness afterward. The tube packaging was easy to squeeze out in the bathroom, and I also used it comfortably for morning cleansing.

For a charcoal cleanser, the most impressive part was how hydrated my skin felt after cleansing.
