I went to Jindallae Silbi, famous as a retro Sadang bar 🧔🏻♂️ It's a place where you can get a whopping 15 dishes served one after another as the samchon-kase (uncle's course) for just ₩39,000 per person — the value is crazy! From sashimi to boiled meat, pancakes, seasonal dishes, you get to try it all in one sitting, so it's great not just for a first round but for company dinners or club gatherings too!

Retro 80s–90s vibe and a full house on a weekend night
Jindallae Silbi Sadang Branch is decked out in 8090 retro style from the entrance, and once you step in, 90s songs are playing. I visited on a weekend evening and it was nearly full.
Looking for an 8090 retro bar? ••• The entrance alone is retro vibe overload

The moment you walk in, 90s songs are playing~ I basically became a 90s person haha. The atmosphere was such a win that I already felt the drinks would go down smoothly

Even though I visited on a weekend evening, there were so many customers it was almost full! A mix of company dinners, friend gatherings, and dates all packed the place! There's also a large screen, so it must be a blast when there's a soccer or baseball game on

15 dishes in the Jindallae course for ₩39,000 per person — crazy value, right? No need to think hard about ordering this and that, just order the course and the food keeps coming, it's basically a food assault lol
✔️ Jindallae course ₩39,000

The course race starts~ The seasoning was just right, perfect as a drinking snack

Even a nutty sesame oil aroma was added~

They even bring out soy sauce crab...😳 in a ₩39,000 course? A bowl of rice is happening immediately

This is nostalgia itself lol dipping it in ketchup made it the perfect drinking snack, seriously

Can't resist the pork cartilage, not too spicy at all, and it even has rice cake in it... what even is this dish

Only 5 dishes in so far haha and the table is already full, but this isn't even the end,,,

With snacks like this... cheers time right away~! No wonder it's famous as a Sadang spot for company dinners•••
Aged flounder sashimi and braised seafood

Even sashimi comes out...? They said they only use flounder in the 4kg range, served as aged sashimi

A seafood stew packed with shrimp, scallops, squid and octopus! There wasn't a moment I got tired of eating it,,,

It really never ended — this time, grilled fish, pork cutlet, minari (water dropwort) pancake, and spicy fish stew showed up! They said 15 dishes and they weren't kidding, so much variety I never got bored

We ate really well, haha. Above all, the staff were friendly too. The pacing of the dishes was just right, and the atmosphere was great for enjoying drinks at a relaxed pace, so overall very satisfying! If you're looking for good value course food and generous portions in Sadang, I'd recommend giving it a try haha

Lucky draw event and birthday seaweed soup
At Jindallae Silbi Sadang Branch, if you get a receipt and write a Naver review, you can take part in a nostalgic lucky draw event. The prizes were pretty solid, ranging from a free-use voucher for up to 4 people, a free-use voucher for 1 person, and free highball/soju/drink vouchers.
I took part in the nostalgic lucky draw event too! Missed it haha. If you visit on your birthday, they even serve seaweed soup and sing a birthday song — wow~
Is Jindallae Silbi a good Sadang bar for group dinners?
With the Jindallae course of 15 dishes for just ₩39,000 per person, the value for money was top-notch. From sashimi to seafood, seafood stew, rice, fried dishes, grilled fish and spicy fish stew, each dish came out course-style, and I was full and satisfied to the very end haha
With its spacious layout and a large screen, it's a great spot for Sadang company dinners, and comfortable to enjoy even with a group — I'd recommend it as a Sadang-Isu group bar as well. On top of that, there's a nostalgic lucky draw event you can join after writing a review, plus birthday service, so it's a place full of fun from the food to the singing! Great value, generous portions, and a lot of fun all around — next time I'd love to come back with friends for a dinner or gathering ☻
