Gwanak udon restaurant: ebi tempura udon and kelp broth at Kosi

Kosi Seoul National University Entrance Branch is an udon and tonkatsu restaurant on Bongcheon-ro near Seoul National University Entrance Station in Gwanak, Seoul. Sharing three dishes for two — the tori tempura bukkake udon set, half-and-half katsu, and hot ebi tempura udon — let the writer compare Kosi's hand-kneaded udon noodles with the hot broth made from South Sea kelp. Noodles, tsuyu, broth, tempura and tonkatsu were all strong at Kosi, with no weak link on the table.
