Weekday ₩53,000 jokbal-bossam lunch set in Myeongdong: Miss Jokbal
Miss Jokbal Seoul Myeongdong Branch is a jokbal (braised pig's trotters) and bossam (boiled pork) restaurant in Myeongdong, Seoul, about a 2-minute walk from Euljiro 1-ga Station. At 1:30 pm on a weekday the writer walked in with no wait and had the jokbal-bossam set (53,000 won) with jaengban guksu (spicy tray noodles), steamed egg and anchovy rice balls, and the complimentary kimchi kalguksu (knife-cut noodle soup) and salad were also tasty. The bossam was more tender than the jokbal, so much so that next time the writer would order just bossam, which made it a satisfying lunch.
