Yongridan-gil bunsik spot, egg mashed into the broth: Hyeonseonine
Hyeonseonine Yongsan Main Branch is an instant tteokbokki (stir-fried rice cake) bunsik restaurant on Yongridan-gil, by Sinyongsan Station in Yongsan, Seoul. The order was tteokbokki for two with fried rice, plus yakimandu (pan-fried dumplings) and egg, with the egg mashed and stirred into the broth and self-serve fried batter flakes dipped in at the end. Hyeonseonine is a good pick on Yongridan-gil for a day when you want something spicy-sweet but not too heavy.
