Euljiro snack bar with a self-serve utensil corner: Hyeonseoni-ne

Hyeonseoni-ne Cheonggye Instant Branch is a longtime snack bar in Jung-gu, Seoul, right outside Euljiro 1-ga Station Exit 3, next to Mega Coffee. The Hyeonseon combo brings tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes), sundae (Korean blood sausage), fried snacks, gimbap (seaweed rice rolls) and fish cake together, and the broth-heavy instant-style tteokbokki is both sweet and spicy with the spice level adjustable when you order. With kiosk ordering and a self-serve corner for utensils and plates, Hyeonseoni-ne is an easy stop for a solo meal or a weekday office lunch.
