Myeongdong restaurant with QR ordering and cold pork slices: Baekok

Baekok Myeongdong is a Korean restaurant tucked into a Myeongdong alley in Jung-gu, Seoul, serving clear pork gomtang (pork bone broth soup). On a late weekday evening the order came through the QR code menu — baekgomtang, spicy yeolgomtang and naengjeyuk (cold sliced pork), which arrived with lime juice and salted seafood dip on the side. The broth is mild and the meat comes in big pieces, making Baekok Myeongdong an easy place to bring a friend visiting from abroad.
