Yongsan tteokbokki spot, 10-minute Saturday wait: Hyeonseonine
Hyeonseonine Yongsan Main Branch is a tteokbokki (spicy rice cake) and bunsik restaurant near Sinyongsan Station on Yongridan-gil in Yongsan, Seoul. Arriving after 2pm on a Saturday, the wait at Hyeonseonine was under 10 minutes, and the Hyeonseoni Combo Set at 26,000 won came at medium spice, eaten with plenty of fried-batter powder from the self-serve bar. With tteokbokki, sundae, fritters and squiggly fish cake in one order, the combo set fills up two people, making it a good stop with a friend or a partner.
