Lemon yogurt gateau at a Gangnam bakery café: Something About Coffee
Something About Coffee is a large three-floor bakery café near Gangnam Station in Seoul, an 8-minute walk from Exit 11 or a 5-minute walk from Sinnonhyeon Station Exit 6. On a weekend afternoon visit, the order was an Americano at 6,500 won, the signature black sesame latte at 7,800 won, an egg cookie at 5,900 won and a lemon yogurt gateau at 9,800 won, and the tart lemon gateau turned out to be a love-it-or-leave-it dessert. Floor-to-ceiling window light, a different seating mood on each floor and outdoor terraces on the 2nd and 3rd floors are Something About Coffee's biggest strengths.
