Seongsu Italian restaurant for anchovy carbonara: Billadeubeulleu
Billadeubeulleu Seongsu is an Italian restaurant on Seoulsup 2-gil in Seongdong, Seoul, with a white-and-blue interior. Staff pour aligot cheese over the lasagna like a waterfall at the table, and burst the egg yolk into the anchovy carbonara to toss it through the pasta in front of you. Finishing with the Sicilian puttanesca rinsed away the weight of the cheese and cream, so all three plates came back empty.
