Hongdae chicken restaurant with outdoor seats: two sauces at Goobne
Goobne Chicken Hongdae Red Road is a pub-style oven-roasted chicken restaurant in an alley by Exit 1 of Hongik University Station in Mapo, Seoul. On a cool evening the writer took an outdoor seat and ordered the original bone-in chicken with Budweiser draft beer, which arrived with two dipping sauces, one sweet and one spicy. The lean roast chicken went well with the draft beer, and Goobne Chicken Hongdae Red Road is worth a return visit.
