Today's spot is a new pasta place near Sadang Station: Two Find Peter Seoul Sadang Branch (투파인드피터 서울사당점). It's new here, but the brand is so famous that I already knew it. Sadly, I'd never actually been. When I heard this branch had just opened, I had to go. I finally got the chance, so I did an opening-time run on a nice sunny day.

Getting there from Sadang Station and the atmosphere
Two Find Peter Seoul Sadang Branch is about a 2-minute walk from Sadang Station Exit 14. Turn right to find the entrance, then take the elevator up to the 3rd floor.
The interior is white and wood-toned, and the restaurant feels spacious and open. If you sit by the window, the sunlight coming through the blinds makes for really atmospheric photos. It's quiet inside, so I think it would be great for a blind date or a regular date. There's also a separate group room on one side, handy for private gatherings.

Looking at the menu at Two Find Peter Seoul Sadang Branch, I liked that there are lots of good-value dishes overall. You can order a bunch of things without worrying about the price! Also, corkage (paid) is available with no limit on the number of bottles per table.
The basic table setting
The starter bread is a morning roll. Dip it in the olive oil and balsamic. It really got my appetite going.
How is the smoked chicken steak? Dip it in pepper

The oven-roasted signature chicken comes on a plate with vegetables and wedge potatoes, a generous portion.
Because it's smoked, the grease is gone, so it tastes light without being heavy, yet it's packed with juice. The chicken meat was super tender too. It practically melts in your mouth 😊
The dipping sauces are wasabi and pepper. Personally, I felt that dipping in pepper brings out the natural flavor of the meat and gives a clean finish.
Side wedge potatoes with chili sauce
Dip the wedge potatoes served on the side of the smoked chicken steak in the chili sauce. They were way better than those skinny fries from burger places (no comparison). They have that wedge-potato mix of floury and crispy. Especially since they come out freshly fried, they tasted even better..
Two Find Peter aglio e olio: an oil pasta with great basics
The aglio e olio (₩11,000) is another of Two Find Peter's best menu items. It's an oil pasta where garlic is cooked in olive oil to build flavor.
Neatly gathered noodles are topped with parsley and cheese, and roasted whole garlic on the side made the garlic aroma even stronger.
Mantecare, the essential step in making aglio e olio, was done really well, so there's no greasiness at all. It's the most basic pasta, but you know a place is great when the basics are delicious, right? Conclusion = great place.
The pickles, which wipe away any greasiness, made it a perfect full course to the end.
