Baekje Dakgaejang & Chogyeguksu Buyeo is a Korean chicken soup restaurant near the Jeongnimsa Temple Site and Lotte Buyeo Outlet in Buyeo, Chungnam. After a weekend lunch wait, the writer ordered dakgomtang (clear chicken soup), dakgaejang (spicy shredded chicken stew) and the new tojong dak muchim (spicy shredded free-range chicken salad) at 10,000 won each, with unlimited makgeolli on the side. Bowls that are half broth and half meat and a mountain of chicken muchim made this one of the best-value Korean meals of a Buyeo trip.
