Danppang Bakery is a takeout-only garlic bread bakery inside Gugyeong Market in Danyang, Chungbuk. Visiting at 6:30pm with her parents-in-law, the writer bought two boxes of the 4-flavor set at 14,000 won each and opened them back at the guesthouse, rating the cream cheese garlic bread and the black garlic cream cheese the best while the sweet potato custard was sweet enough to get cloying. The queue at Danppang Bakery looks long but moves quickly because the bread is already on display and packed on the spot, so it is worth the wait.
