Cleansing balm for dehydrated oily skin: HEEDA Jirisan Charcoal

How did it feel on dehydrated oily skin?

I tried several cleansing products when my skin felt sensitive and dry during seasonal changes, and I reached for this one often enough to use several tubs. The balm melted softly against body heat, and it felt less stuffy or excessively oily while I massaged it in.

On days when I was concerned about sebum around my nose, I used it with a little more massage. My blackheads did not disappear completely, but personally, the area felt more cleared up.

Did it remove heavier makeup in one go?

Because I do not wear my base makeup lightly, cleansing power matters to me. When removing mascara, lip tint, waterproof eyeliner, and similar products, it emulsified smoothly, and makeup tested on my wrist also came off relatively well.

I used to combine cleansing water, remover, and cleansing oil, but by my standards, this product alone could remove my makeup. It also left less of a residue after washing.

How tight did skin feel after cleansing?

My skin tends to feel dry right away if it feels very tight after cleansing, but after using this product, the dryness did not seem to come on as urgently even if I did not apply toner immediately. Even on days when my skin was not in great condition, I barely felt any stinging or flushed irritation.

With continued use, the sebum beside my nose seemed to decrease, and I felt that breakouts almost stopped appearing as makeup residue decreased. I could also use it for morning cleansing without feeling burdened.

Was the container easy to use?

It came with an individual spoon, and after removing the case, I could attach and store it on the lid, which made it easy to keep things tidy.
