Flat iron steak finished on the table

The flat iron steak (부채살) comes out pre-seared, and you grill it once more at the table with vegetables however you like! With the garnish served alongside, the balance was good too. Anyone who loves meat should be quite satisfied.

Honestly, I didn't expect much from the steak. The price is just so low... But after one bite, the meat was in better shape than I thought. Not tough or dry, and the more you chew, the more nutty meaty flavor comes up.
