Women’s running jacket set for walks: Everlast Running Crew

While looking for bright activewear to wear in spring, I tried the Everlast Running Crew running jacket and bootcut pants set. As someone with a light summer cool-tone palette, I especially loved the pale purple lavender color.

Why did I choose it for walks and light exercise?

I needed clothes to wear when walking my dog or doing light exercise on weekends. This set caught my attention because it is described as having UV protection, a cooling function, stretch, and recovery.

I also liked the design and color, and the cool-feeling material made me think I could wear it in summer, too. Another reason I chose it was that I could wear the top and bottom as a set or style them separately.

Which color did I choose?

It came in three colors: lavender, ash blue, and black. I went back and forth between ash blue and lavender before choosing lavender. I liked how bright it looked on me, and I also liked being able to mix different colors for the top and bottom.

How did size 95 fit and feel?

Sizes ran from 90 to 105, and I chose 95. It was just the right fit for me.

When I first put it on, the nylon material felt light. It was breathable and felt cool, so I thought it would be fine to wear while working out. I ordered it from Coupang, and when I placed my order, it arrived within one to two days.

Which details of the bootcut pants and jacket felt convenient?

What I especially liked was that the pants in the set were bootcut. I liked the silhouette that defined my leg line, and they were comfortable to move in, so they also felt good for everyday wear.

There were also thumb-hole details and pockets on the pants. I liked these practical touches as much as the design.

When did I wear it besides running?

At first, I planned to wear it for running. Because my knees are not in great shape, I ended up wearing it as a walking outfit and everyday clothing too, and I found more occasions to use it than I expected.

I wear it not only for walks, but also as gym wear, home-workout wear, and for casual outings. I was happy with how useful it was for both exercise and everyday life.

I also liked the overall silhouette when I wore it as a set. For me, this was activewear I was happy with for its lavender color, comfortable fit, and versatility for different situations.
