Gwanak group fitness gym with Fat Burn and Volume: Fist X
Fist X Seoul National University Entrance is a group fitness space in Gwanak, Seoul, where I joined a coach and team members for a sponsored workout session. The Fat Burn and Volume options made it easy to choose a goal, and exercising together was more fun than working out alone, though the Grey Zone felt extremely intense.
