First impressions of Melabenon Aquaming Mild Sunscreen

MEDIPICKME Aquaming Mild Sunscreen is an SPF50+ PA++++ sunscreen made for both face and body. In a season with this much UV, I end up wearing sunscreen every single day, but if the texture is heavy or the white cast is bad, I stop reaching for it. 😊 This sunscreen made a genuinely great first impression!

It was reassuring that this is a low-irritation formula made with sensitive skin in mind. It excludes the 20 harmful ingredients flagged by the Hwahae standard and has completed skin low-irritation testing, which gave me even more confidence. My skin is on the sensitive side, so I always worry a bit trying a new sunscreen, but I could use this comfortably without any irritation ❤️❤️

What ingredients are in Melabenon Aquaming?

Aquaming Mild Sunscreen is also packed with genuine skincare ingredients. It contains 5 types of ceramide, which help support skin barrier care alongside UV protection, plus niacinamide at 50,000ppm, a vitamin complex, Aquaxyl, and aloe vera leaf extract, which felt like they were helping keep skin clear and hydrated. I liked that it's not just blocking UV rays but also caring for and calming the skin at the same time 🌿🌿

Does it sting when applied around the eyes?

Because it has completed eye-mucosa irritation testing, applying it close to the eye area barely caused any stinging, which was really satisfying. With other sunscreens I've used before, my eyes would often sting and water after a while, but I had much less of that discomfort with this one, so I reached for it more often. 👀

On top of that, it's a vegan-certified clean beauty sunscreen, so I liked that it considers both skin and the environment. Since it's something I use every day, that kind of detail actually matters to me 👍👍

It's also great to pack for a trip — the volume is generous but the bottle isn't huge, so it fits perfectly in a bag.

I could pack it without any stress for outings, trips, or the gym, and even alongside other items in my bag there was no risk of leaking or the cap popping open. White cast and tone: can you wear it under makeup?

What I liked most was that it corrects skin tone naturally with no white cast.

The moment it goes on, it doesn't look forced or chalky-white — instead it shows off skin like it's naturally good, which made it great for daily use. Applying it before makeup barely caused any pilling or lifting, so my base makeup came out much cleaner too. ✨

Texture and finish on the skin

The texture itself was also really satisfying. Maybe because it contains 75.28% moisture essence, the moment I applied it I could feel a moisturizing sensation spreading over my skin. Unlike a typical sunscreen, it didn't feel stuffy or sticky and finished refreshingly, so I could use it without any burden even in summer. It absorbed into the skin quickly while the moisture lasted a long time, so I barely felt any dryness!

Can the whole family use it on face and body?

Another thing I liked was that this product works for both face and body. It covers not just the face but the neck, arms, and legs all in one, which made getting ready to go out much simpler. It's mild enough for the whole family to use together, so I thought it would be nice to keep one in the bathroom for everyone to share. 😊

Overall, this was a sunscreen I was happy with in terms of usage feel, moisture, and how well it held onto the skin.
