In short
Oira (오이라) is a dog-friendly brunch café near Exit 6 of Jungdong Station in Haeundae, Busan, with terrace seating, a free second-floor exhibition space and pet desserts such as the Meongpuccino and Meongple. On a weekday afternoon visit, Oira's plain soufflé and chocolate soufflé were very fluffy with no eggy taste, and the chestnut ice cream had chewy chestnut pieces and a rich, premium flavor. Today I visited Oira, a dog-friendly brunch café near Jungdong Station in Haeundae, Busan. I'll share info on the terrace, the second-floor exhibition space and the pet desserts, plus my review of the plain and chocolate soufflés and the chestnut ice cream! (as of October 2026)
Oira opening hours and parking
Oira is open 09:30–20:00 on weekdays and weekends, except Tuesday, when it closes at 18:00. There is a private parking lot in front of the building, and the café offers dog-friendly seating, a terrace and a second-floor exhibition space.

Oira's first floor: terrace, parking lot and indoor seating
Oira is a dog-friendly brunch café in Haeundae, close to Exit 6 of Jungdong Station on Busan Subway Line 2.

There's space for about 6 cars in front of the shop, and even though I came at the 2 PM peak on a weekday, I could park right away haha

Is Oira's terrace comfortable for dogs?
The first thing that caught my eye at Oira was the wide open-air terrace!! Dogs of all breeds were running around and playing, and there's a fence around it, so owners can relax a lot more.
And here's one surprising thing!!!! The staff served us right at our terrace seat?! Since Oira brings the food outside, you don't have to leave your dog for a moment to go pick it up, which I thought was especially nice +.+

Can dogs go inside Oira?
That doesn't mean you can only spend time with your dog outdoors. I was told that dogs can stay inside Oira too if they're in a carrier bag, stroller or carrier!

The indoor café space is quite large too, and all the guests were following the rules, so even though I don't have a dog myself, nothing bothered me at all~!
Oira's free second-floor exhibition space

On Oira's second floor there's an exhibition space that looks like a little art museum moved right in!!!!

From the paintings on the walls to the small props displayed above, everything felt like an exhibit, which made it fun to look around +.+

I just couldn't walk past without taking a photo, so I snapped one. What do you think?!
Oira pet dessert menu and prices
Oira has dessert menus just for dogs, such as the Mungpuccino at ₩4,000, the Mungple at ₩8,500 and chicken hwashik (home-style cooked meal) at ₩6,500. What surprised me even before choosing my own order was that there was a menu for pets at all!
- Mungpuccino ₩4,000
- Mungple ₩8,500
- Chicken hwashik ₩6,500
There are lots of options, including the Mungpuccino, Mungple, and chicken, beef and pork hwashik, so I really felt this is a dog-friendly café that's great to visit with your pup ㅎ.ㅎ
Oira soufflé and brunch menu prices
Oira has a lot of regular menu items besides the pet desserts! Soufflés run ₩16,000–18,000 and brunch dishes ₩15,500–18,500.
Soufflés
- Seasonal fruit, brunch ₩18,000
- Chestnut (bonnae-bam) ₩17,500
- Crème brûlée, chocolate ₩16,500
- Plain ₩16,000
Brunch
- Fig Dutch baby ₩15,500
- Croissant sandwich ₩16,500
- Eggs Benedict ₩16,000
- Pollock roe oil pasta ₩18,500
- Hanwoo hamburg steak ₩18,500
Honestly, at a brunch café there's that unspoken pressure to order a proper meal, right? Oira's menu range is so wide that the pressure actually disappeared haha So I decided on one soufflé per person!
How long do Oira's soufflés take?
I was told Oira's soufflé is made to order and takes about 20 minutes.

So I drank the coffee that came out first and looked at the garden outside the window. The view was so pretty that the wait wasn't boring at all.

Eeek~~~~!! And then the soufflé and chestnut ice cream finally arrived!

What does Oira's plain soufflé taste like?
Oira's plain soufflé (₩16,000) was the fluffiest, softest soufflé I've ever had. Let me start with the plain one haha I poured the syrup over the top and split it right down the middle, and

Oh my god... it's so fluffy..?! Exactly the look I had imagined ㅜㅜ

Of all the soufflés I've had so far, Oira's was the fluffiest and softest.

I dipped it generously in the whipped cream on the side, and the sweet cream with the soft soufflé really went well together. If you like a clean taste, I'd recommend the basic plain one!

Oira's chestnut ice cream: worth ordering again
Oira's chestnut ice cream has a rich chestnut flavor with bits you can chew, and it's the one I'd definitely order again on a return visit. And this chestnut ice cream!!!!!!!

It has a luxurious chestnut flavor with little bits you can chew, and it was so good ㅜㅜ I couldn't stop after one bite and finished it all right away;; I'd definitely order it again ㅠㅠ If you like Barbamba (a chestnut ice bar), it's a must-order!!

What does Oira's chocolate soufflé taste like?
Oira's chocolate soufflé (₩16,500) has a fluffy pancake inside, wrapped in chocolate cream outside. The chestnut ice cream gave my mouth a reset, so now it's the chocolate soufflé's turn, right?.?
Jiggle jiggle~ The chocolate soufflé felt even fluffier than the plain one?!

When I cut it open, the inside was a fluffy pancake like the plain soufflé, with chocolate cream wrapped around the outside.

If you like chocolate, this is a definite yes. Fluffy soufflé and sweet chocolate cream, you know there's no way that combo doesn't work?! After this I got so curious about the other soufflés too ㅜㅜ I really think this is a top soufflé spot in Haeundae..
Oira at a glance
- Dog-friendly brunch café in Haeundae
- Busan restaurant with pet desserts
- Busan soufflé favorite near Jungdong Station
- Free exhibition space pop-up in Haeundae, Busan
Oira has tasty food, and even among dog-friendly cafés, the pet desserts and terrace seating show real thoughtfulness. On top of that, the soufflé has no eggy smell and is so fluffy that I'd come back again. There's a reason it's so popular..!
