Korean beef short ribs & gamtae kim wraps in Hwaseong: Dorimgwan
Dorimgwan Hyangnam is a Korean beef restaurant in Hyangnam-eup, Hwaseong, Gyeonggi, serving a table built around Muan, South Jeolla specialties. The writer grilled 500g of red clay garlic marinated flower short ribs (hwangto maneul sobaetsal yangnyeom kkotgalbi) over charcoal and wrapped it with gamtae (dried sea lettuce), chilgejang (raw crab in soy sauce), and onion kimchi, then added a portion of pork belly and bibim naengmyeon. A whole crab dropped into the complimentary doenjang jjigae made the value even better.
