Busan hand-cut noodle restaurant, 70g sirloin add-on with mom: Yunujae

Yunujae Munhyeon Shabu Kalguksu is a shabu-shabu and kalguksu (hand-cut noodle) restaurant on the main road at Munhyeon intersection in Nam-gu, Busan, where the noodles are made in-house. On an early-evening visit with her mother, the writer ordered the spicy red broth for two and added 70g of sirloin and a mushroom-vegetable set, with spoons served soaking in hot water and a 5-minute hourglass on every table. Chewy house-made noodles, wide flat kalguksu and a pot of fried rice scraped clean off the crispy bottom make Yunujae a solid pick for a hot-broth dinner in Busan.
