Jinhae pork BBQ with pork skin and whelk noodles: Anmin Jinhae
Anmin Jinhae is a whole-pig grill restaurant on the second floor at the entrance of the Seok-dong food alley in Jinhae-gu, Changwon. The half-pig set brings pork belly, pork neck and pork skin that a staff member grills for you at the table, and we added steamed egg and Mashitte Golbimmen, a cold fresh-noodle dish with whelk.
