Yeonsan-dong fried gizzards and whole chicken for two: Yetnal Tongdak
Yetnal Tongdak & Tang Yeonsan Main Branch is an old-style whole fried chicken and chicken stew restaurant in Yeonsan-dong, Yeonje, Busan, open from 5:30pm to 6am with no days off. After a heavy lunch, we skipped the chicken stew and ordered the old-style whole fried chicken and the fried chicken gizzards for two, and the crispy batter with the old-fashioned sweet sauce stood out. Since Yetnal Tongdak & Tang stays open until dawn, it works well as a late-night meal in Busan.
